Saurabh Deo

Saurabh Deo is a Global Total Rewards Manager at UPL, where they design and implement effective total rewards strategies. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Data Science from IIT Madras. Saurabh has previously interned at notable companies such as McAfee and Flipkart, and has held positions at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India and Mercer. They graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering in 2018.
