Tim Rees is currently the NPP Commercial Head at UPL, where they oversee commercial responsibilities for the NPP business across Europe, Africa, North America, and Latin America, working to provide sustainable solutions for farmers. Previously, they served as the CEO of Northern AgriServices from 2008 to 2019 and held various leadership roles, including General Manager at Lyppard Australia Ltd and Farmers Barn Rural Supplies. Tim was also involved in the rural community as a CRT National Business Council Member and Chairman while at Ruralco Holdings Limited from 2013 to 2017.
