Vignesh M is a Senior Service Specialist at UPL, with a focus on operations management, escalations and complaints management, process excellence, resolution management, cross vertical connects, and people management since November 2020. Prior to this, Vignesh served as a Senior Consultant (Escalation Specialist) at Flipkart from August 2014 to February 2020, effectively handling escalation cases and providing resolutions to customer grievances. Vignesh holds an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from SNS College of Engineering and a BBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from SNR & SONS College, Coimbatore. Educational qualifications also include HSC and SSLC from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
