Yohan Paul

Yohan PAUL has extensive experience in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, currently serving as Plant Head at UPL since June 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing factory operations, implementing strategic initiatives in bio solutions, budget management, investments, and promoting Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence. Prior to this, Yohan PAUL held the position of Operations Manager at PPG Industries from 2012 to June 2016, where duties encompassed team management, budget control, Lean Manufacturing project implementation, and quality management under ISO 9001/TS standards. Yohan PAUL holds an engineering degree in Industrial Chemistry and Process Engineering from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, earned between 2005 and 2009.
