Polypropylene, Ultem, Vespel, Rexolite, Acrylic, PEEK, Torlon, Teflon, Nylon, PPS, PVC, Delrin, Glass filled, Carbon filled, and much more.
Our capabilities include 4 and 5 Axis vertical CNC machining, CNC turning with live tooling and, 8 axis mill turn.
We have received approval from Lockheed Martin to machine flight-critical parts from carbon fiber composites and BMI for the F/A-22 Program.
