Keith Berg currently serves as the SVP/General Manager of Contact Center Solutions at Upland Software, overseeing global teams for various products and focusing on M&A strategies to enhance service offerings. With extensive experience at Upland since 2005, Keith has held multiple leadership roles, including VP of Products and Technology and General Manager of Contact Center Productivity. Prior to Upland, Keith worked at CyberShift, Inc., Extensity, Inc., and Dendrite International in technical and consulting capacities. Keith holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and attended the University of Maryland.
