Lou Pace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions consulting and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Upland Software since January 2022, Lou leads the professional services group, providing customized solutions and supporting sales teams through technical demonstrations, POCs, cost estimation, and project management. Lou began a career in sales at Benedict Miller Inc. from November 1993 to November 2003, where expertise was developed in matching steel products with customer needs. Lou holds an A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems from Passaic County Community College.
