Mara Olson

Mara Olson is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Accounting Manager at Upland Software since October 2018, responsibilities include leading the implementation of Xactly CEA and assisting the controller with high-level financial reviews. Prior positions include Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant, where tasks involved consolidating financial data, managing integration processes, and maintaining relationships with acquired teams. Previously, Mara contributed to Total Logistics, Inc. as a Senior Accountant, facilitating the transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and held senior accounting roles at Marsden Services, CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company, Troon Golf, Fiduciary Counselling Inc., and Beltmann Relocation Group. Mara holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
