Matt Needham is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in account management and enterprise sales. Currently serving as a Sr. Account Executive at Upland Software since September 2025, Matt develops AI-powered knowledge management solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to this role, Matt excelled as Sales Director at eGain Corporation from November 2020 to April 2025, achieving multiple President’s Club qualifications and ranking as a top performer. Earlier experience includes roles at Five9, where responsibilities ranged from Enterprise Sales Director to Account Executive, as well as at Enterprise, where Matt managed and expanded customer relationships. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Sonoma State University, which was completed in 2010.
