Vikki Radow

Vikki Radow is a seasoned executive with a strong background in customer success, operations, and technology, currently serving as the Sr. Director & Head of Customer Success for Specialized Markets at Upland Software since May 2021. Vikki previously managed the Localytics team and oversaw customer success operations, significantly enhancing client engagement and product adoption. As the owner of Radow Tech Consulting from 2014 to 2021, Vikki provided consulting services to startups and mobile app developers. Earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at Mobolize and FrontBridge Technologies/Microsoft, where Vikki contributed to business growth and operational excellence. Vikki began a career in client services with GeoCities/Yahoo and held IT management roles at Showtime Networks Inc. and Northrop Grumman. Vikki holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a Master's in Computer Science from Azusa Pacific University.
