Daniel Tanase

Daniel Tanase is a Full Stack Engineer currently at UpLead since July 2022, with previous experience at Jouve where responsibility included developing web and mobile applications using Angular and React (Native) and creating BPO workflows for document processing automation. Prior to that, Daniel worked as a Machine Learning Consultant, focusing on AI solutions related to document detection, classification, text segmentation, and OCR, enhancing model performance by 5-15% through synthetic data generation. Daniel also completed a research internship at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, exploring innovative methods in the Cold Sintering Process for Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia. Academically, Daniel holds a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and participated in exchange programs in Materials Science and Business/Managerial Economics, having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Bucharest.
