UpLevel Sourcing, LLC is a healthcare talent consultancy built to help hospitals break free from default agency dependency by designing long-term hiring capability and capacity.

Hospitals don’t struggle because they lack staffing options — they struggle because short-term fixes have become the default response to structural workforce challenges.

We work alongside hospital leadership and internal talent teams to implement modular, system-based talent strategies that prioritize sustainability, stability, and long-term workforce health.

Our signature service, HireSource 360™, is delivered through our Guided InSourcing model and serves as the strategic operating system for hiring — allowing organizations to intentionally deploy the right workforce solution at the right time, rather than reacting into agency-driven defaults.

Outsource the work. Insourcing the Talent Asset.

Our Approach in Practice

• Build long-term hiring capability instead of reactive coverage
• Use outbound-first strategies to engage passive clinical talent
• Deploy Sustainability Roles during short-term, high-pressure workforce disruptions
• Leverage Transition Roles to support try-before-you-buy hiring and cultural alignment
• Reduce chronic agency dependency while maintaining operational flexibility

Our Point of View

✔ Short-term labor should support long-term workforce stability
✔ Not every staffing challenge requires the same solution
✔ Systems create leverage — defaults create dependency
