UpLife India is a mental health organization that supports distressed individuals and focuses on facilitative and preventive measures for growth-oriented people, and works to achieve emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness for all.

We provide individual sessions, career counseling sessions, workshops for organizations, significantly designed group sessions, and psychology certification courses. We believe that everyone should incorporate mental wellness into every aspect of their lives to increase our performance and satisfaction. And we aim to touch as many lives as we can positively and make them live a mindful life.
