Ashley Ealey

Ashley Ealey is an experienced educator currently serving as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Uplift Education since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley held positions at Barnes & Noble, Inc. as a Children's Book Seller and worked as a Teacher in various educational institutions including Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD and KIPP Texas Public Schools - DFW. In addition to teaching roles, Ashley has experience as an Educator at A W Brown Leadership Academy and participated in the Urban Teachers program as both a Fellow and Resident Teacher. Ashley's educational background includes a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and Education from Agnes Scott College. Notable early experiences also include serving as a NET/work Fellow at Georgia State University and a Learning Assistant at Agnes Scott College, alongside a fellowship at Vanderbilt University focusing on educational and brain research.
