Open

Open is currently the Chief Development Officer at Uplift Northwest. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Community and Donor Relations and Division Vice President of Philanthropy at Seattle Goodwill Industries from 2007-2020. In these roles, Open was responsible for managing individual giving, corporate relations, and community outreach programs. They also served on the Executive Leadership Team and helped to develop new strategies for improvingSeattle Goodwill's fundraising efforts.

Open has been dedicated to helping others throughout their career. They have a passion for working with non-profit organizations and have devoted their time to helping those in need. Open is an experienced fundraiser and has helped to raise millions of dollars for various causes. They are a skilled leader and have a proven track record of success in managing teams and developing new programs.

Open is a highly respected member of the community and is well-known for their work with Seattle Goodwill. They have won numerous awards for their dedication to helping others and are considered to be one of the top fundraising professionals in the region. Open has a bachelors of science in information systems from the University of Phoenix and coursework focus in business from Highline Community College. Open also has certification from Seattle University in Executive Leadership Program, CFRE International in Certified Fundraising Executive and AFP Advancement Northwest in AFP, NDOA, PSGWA, WPGA: Trainings, Workshops and Conferences ongoing.

They are on a team with Lee Humason - Senior Director of Accounting, Angele Leaptrot - Senior Director of Mission Programs, and Open - Chief Operating Officer. Open reports to Gina Hall, Executive Director.
