Richard Turrell is a marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in the creative industries. Currently co-founding Talent Halo, they offer people consultancy with a flexible, outcome-focused approach, emphasizing sustainability and strategic support. Richard also serves as Marketing Director at Handle Recruitment and Handle Freelance Solutions, where they oversee B2B and B2C marketing. They are an ambassador for UpliftHER, advocating for talent empowerment and organizational change. Richard holds a BA(Hons) in Journalism from Solent University.
