Michelle Murphy

Michelle Murphy is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Operations at Uplight since August 2023, Michelle has also held key roles at Q2 and Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included overseeing talent systems, processes, and technology. Previous positions include Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Vice President of Talent Operations at organizations such as Kaiser Permanente and Washington Mutual Bank. Michelle began the career in recruitment at Apple and Inktomi Corporation and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
