Thomas Kuczynski

Thomas Kuczynski is an accomplished investor with extensive experience in venture capital and consulting. Currently serving as an Investor at Upload Ventures since April 2022, Kuczynski previously held the position of Investor - Early Stage LatAm at SoftBank Group International from August 2021 to April 2022. As a Founding Partner at 39A Ventures from March 2021 to October 2021, Kuczynski contributed significantly to the firm's development. Prior to these roles, Kuczynski was a Senior Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting and held various positions in consulting, including Senior Associate Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Associate from June 2018 to March 2021. Experience also includes working as an Associate and Intern at Strategy& from August 2015 to March 2018. Educational accomplishments include an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, as well as participation in an Interchange Program in Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
