André Faust

André Faust has extensive work experience in human resources, primarily with UPM - The Biofore Company. André began their career with the company in 1998 as an HRD Expert and later transitioned to the role of Training and Development Manager. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the HRD Manager, where they provided training and recruitment support for multiple locations and acted as a consultant for HR and managers on development and organizational development. André also led a team of six employees and was responsible for setting up new locations in Poland and implementing HR processes. In 2008, André became the Director HR Operational Services Eastern Europe and the Head of Operational HR Function Development. From 2011 to the present, they have been the Director Global Service Centre Kraków, HR Services.

André Faust attended The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 1990 to 1997, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education. In 2015, they briefly attended Henley Business School, although no degree or field of study information was provided.
