Anu Eiro

Anu Eiro is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President of HR Energy & Global Functions at UPM - The Biofore Company since September 2022, where involvement includes membership in the global HR Management team and leading the global function's HR team. Prior to UPM, Anu held the position of HR Director at Intrum from September 2018 to August 2022, focusing on People Strategy and HR operating model reforms. Anu's extensive background includes roles at Fujitsu Finland, where contributions as Head of HR Service Delivery for the Nordic region involved establishing HR delivery models and managing HR transformation. Earlier experience includes HR positions at Ernst & Young Oy and Publicis International. Anu Eiro’s educational qualifications include ongoing studies at the University of Lapland and University of Helsinki, along with a degree as a Systemic Business Coach from BoMentis and an HR Manager degree from Markkinointi-instituutti.
