Chris Venables

Chris Venables has over 25 years of experience in the paper and publishing industry. Currently serving as Sales Director for Newspaper Publishing at UPM - The Biofore Company since February 2005, Chris has also held positions such as Manager of Technical Sales. Prior experience includes roles at Antalis McNaughton Ltd as Technical Services Manager and at East Lancashire Paper Co. as Deputy Technical Manager. Earlier in the career, Chris was a Technical Coordinator at Henry & Leigh Slater Ltd and worked as a Product Development Technician/Technical Support Technologist at Donside Paper Company. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) degree from The University of Manchester, completed between 1991 and 1994, and attended Bolton School.
