Gavin Stewart has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the Director of IT Command Centre Services at UPM - The Biofore Company since January 2014. In this role, Gavin oversees Change, Release, and Test Management within IT Transition Management and is responsible for handling Critical Incidents, Problem Management, and Crisis Management. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2013, Gavin held the position of Head of IT Service Transition & Continuity Management at UPM and was the IT Command Centre Manager. Gavin's educational background includes a degree from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed between 1982 and 1985.
