Henri Ojala

Henri Ojala is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing the Tervasaari mill paper machine line 5 at UPM - The Biofore Company, specializing in producing high-quality glassine and packaging papers. With a robust background in safety and efficiency management, as well as process development, Henri has previously held roles as an operations manager for Kaukas LWC PM1-line and as a production engineer, focusing on production efficiency and resource consumption. Prior experience includes a shift supervisor role at Metsä Board, where responsibilities encompassed production oversight and root cause analysis, along with a master's thesis on quality issues in production. Henri holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Oulu.
