Mike Conville

Mike Conville has extensive experience in project management and operations within the pulp and paper industry. Currently serving as Director of Electrical, Instrument & Automation for UPM - The Biofore Company since August 2018, Mike also holds the position of Head of Reliability for Global Pulp Operations at Asia Pulp & Paper since July 2017. Previous roles include Project Director at BMJ, Chief Tissue Manager for Asia Pulp & Paper, and Deputy Director at Stora Enso, where noteworthy achievements included leading the execution of significant projects in China and ensuring optimal operations across multiple facilities. With an educational background in Instrumentation, Automation & Instrumentation from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Mike has built a robust career focused on project execution, engineering, and operational management across various companies in the sector.
