Rauli Karppinen

Rauli Karppinen is the Director of B2B Sourcing at UPM - The Biofore Company, where they focus on B2B wood trade and energy wood imports. They have extensive experience in wood sourcing, having previously held senior managerial positions overseeing wood purchasing in both Eastern and Western Finland. Rauli also worked as the Head of Logistics & Operations for Neste’s Renewables Platform from 2019 to 2021 and began their career as a Back Office Employee at ABN AMRO. They hold a Master’s degree in Economics and Business from The Helsinki School of Economics and are currently enrolled at BI Norwegian Business School.
