Roosa Kangas currently serves as a Tax Manager for Group Tax and Structures at UPM - The Biofore Company since June 2023. Previously, Roosa held the position of Senior Consultant at Deloitte from March 2020 to May 2024, where Roosa also chaired the Junior Professional Forum, fostering communication between leadership and junior professionals. Earlier professional experiences include roles as a Tax Consultant and Business Tax Trainee at Borenius, KM Trainee at Aurajoki Nordic Oy, and Collections Agent at Castrén & Snellman. Beginning a career in tennis coaching at Tampereen Tennisseura and Åbo Lawn-Tennisklubb, Roosa has transitioned into a legal and tax-focused path after obtaining a Master of Laws from the University of Turku. Current studies continue at the Turku School of Economics.
