Sinikka Valla has over 25 years of experience in IT and management, primarily with UPM - The Biofore Company since April 1998, where roles include IT Service Manager IAM SOC and SAM, IT Manager, and various service ownership positions in Identity and Access Management and Business Intelligence. Sinikka has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, customer service, and the development of applications related to sales forecasting and analytics. Previous experience includes serving as Customer Service Manager for Finnpap International Ltd., overseeing supply chain operations across multiple regions, and as Assistant Sales Manager, focusing on sales in Asia.
