Stephanía Bresque is currently the Director of Legal Counsel for UPM in Uruguay and a professor of Digital Law and New Technologies at Universidad ORT Uruguay. They previously served as Compliance Counsel for Latin America and held various roles in compliance and legal counsel at UPM from 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at FERRERE Abogados from 2011 to 2014 and as a Junior Lawyer at Jiménez de Aréchaga, Viana + Brause from 2010 to 2011. Stephanía earned a Law degree from Universidad de Montevideo, where they also completed a postgraduate course in Global Law and Technology.
