Suvi Ritala is currently the Director of HR at UPM Forest, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Suvi worked at Valmet in various HR roles, including Senior Specialist in Talent Development and Resourcing and Global HR Manager for the Pulp and Energy Business Line.
