Tiina Kaikkonen

Tiina Kaikkonen is a seasoned professional with a robust background in project management and IT leadership gained through extensive experience at UPM - The Biofore Company since November 2012. In the current role as Project Director, IT, Tiina has led various projects including the transformation to SAP S/4, integration of a German company into SAP, and implementations of Ariba Guided Buying and Invoice Management. Prior to this, Tiina held multiple managerial positions at UPM-Kymmene Oyj from January 2002 to November 2012, focusing on finance development, accounting, and business control. Tiina holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Legal Expertise, both from Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
