Zach Steinly

Zach Steinly, MBA, is an experienced operations and continuous improvement leader with a strong background in lean manufacturing and quality management. With over a decade of progressively responsible roles, Zach has served as Regional Lean Manufacturing Leader at Case New Holland, where project management and standardization of lean methodologies were emphasized across multiple North American facilities. Subsequent roles included Plant Manager at Spray Products Corporation and Graphic Packaging International, LLC, where Zach directed large teams and oversaw facilities with significant annual revenues while focusing on operational efficiencies and waste reduction. Achievements include driving EBITDA increases, implementing cost-saving technologies, and enhancing safety and quality standards. Zach holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations at UPM, Zach continues to apply expertise in operational strategy and team leadership.
