Amanda Andrews is an internal and health care communications strategist with a strong background in journalism. They began their career as a freelance reporter for various publications, including Trib Total Media and The Northside Chronicle, before transitioning to digital production at KDKA-TV, where they contributed to a team that won the Keystone Media Award for Best Digital Presence. At UPMC, Amanda currently leads internal communications, developing strategies to effectively engage over 100,000 employees during critical change management initiatives. They hold a degree in Multimedia Writing from Point Park University, where they also served as Editor-in-Chief of the award-winning student newspaper, The Globe.
