Amanda Barclay

Amanda Barclay holds a Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Psychology, Math, and Economics from Allegheny College. They have extensive experience in organizational performance and human resources, having held various roles at UPMC, where they significantly contributed to initiatives that saved millions and improved employee engagement. As a results-oriented leader, Amanda focuses on driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration among diverse teams. They currently serve as a Project Manager at UPMC, where they continue to support key organizational goals.
