Bill Vehovic

Bill Vehovic is the Operations Director of Respiratory Services and Emergency Management Coordinator at Magee Women’s UPMC, where they have developed and administered policies and procedures for the NICU and Respiratory Care Services Department since 2010. Previously, they served as an Emergency Management Coordinator at UPMC, overseeing preparedness activities and compliance with regulatory agencies. Bill's background includes extensive experience as a Respiratory Therapist, providing advanced care to pediatric patients, and they played a pivotal role in managing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. Bill holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care Therapy from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
