Brian Douglas is an IT Architect for Enterprise Communications at UPMC, where they currently oversee large-scale enterprise voice system design and implementation for over 400 locations globally. With more than 12 years of experience in information technology, they have a deep understanding of IP and TDM enterprise voice systems, working with various PBX vendors such as Avaya and Alcatel-Lucent. Brian began their career at UPMC as a Telecommunications Analyst and has since played integral roles in transforming the organization’s voice architecture. They are also pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts from Duquesne University.
