Caitlin Kelley is currently the Director of Product Management at UPMC, a role they began in 2025. Prior to this, they held various positions at UPMC Enterprises from 2019 to 2021, progressing from Associate Product Manager to Director of Product Management. Caitlin gained valuable experience as a Technology Management Intern at Eli Lilly and Company in 2017, where they developed recommendations for IT solutions and documentation. They began their career in the Quality Assurance division at Epic from 2011 to 2016, managing over 40 development projects and mentoring peers. Caitlin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Art History in 2011 and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 2018.
