Chenell Donadee MD

Chenell Donadee, MD, MBA, is a health system leader and intensivist currently serving as the Senior Medical Director at the UPMC ICU Service Center and the Associate Director of the UPMC Pharmacy Service Center. Their leadership roles encompass critical care, pharmacy and therapeutics, and supply chain management across 42 hospitals in three states. With a proven track record in developing and implementing cross-functional programs, Chenell has effectively enhanced cost-effective operations and improved the delivery of care within UPMC. Prior experience includes serving as the Medical Director of the Respiratory Service Center and holding various positions at UPMC and the University of Maryland Medical Center. Chenell holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and has been an Assistant and Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine since 2011.
