Christopher Erdman, DNP, MBA, RN, FACHE, CLSSBB, is a dedicated healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience, including 11 years in leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Hospitalist/Critical Care at UPMC, Erdman oversees clinical care coordination and discharge planning for the North Central Pennsylvania region. Previously, Erdman held similar positions at UPMC Susquehanna, where they significantly improved hospitalist communication and led the creation of innovative service lines. Erdman holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA with a minor in Health Care Administration from Drexel University.
