Christopher Wood

Christopher Wood has extensive experience in healthcare financial management, currently serving as the Director of Operations for UPMC since May 2010, overseeing a budget exceeding $32 million for the UPMC Presbyterian Transplant Program. Previous roles include Team Lead of Decision Support at West Penn Allegheny Health System, where responsibilities included cost accounting for multiple hospitals, as well as Senior Financial Analyst, producing financial analyses for Canonsburg General Hospital. Earlier positions also include Decision Support Analyst roles at Chestnut Hill Hospital and Mercy Health System, focusing on cost analysis and maintaining financial reporting systems. Christopher holds an M.B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Health Management Systems from Duquesne University.
