Connie Henry

Connie Henry is a seasoned nursing professional who has served as the Director of Nursing at UPMC since 2023. Previously, Connie held the position of Unit Director and Magnet Program Director at UPMC Mercy from 1987 to 2017. Connie earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Waynesburg University, completing the program in 2018. They also have experience as the Director of Cultural Excellence at UPMC.
