Darrell Neal has extensive experience in system engineering, currently serving as an Intermediate System Engineer at UPMC since August 2016, focusing on IBM Netcool Omnibus/Impact for ticketing processes. Prior to this, Darrell held the position of System Engineer Associate at UPMC. Earlier experience includes working as a DOC - Floor Specialist in Tech Support at RDX, where remote database support was provided to clients. Darrell also contributed to Slippery Rock University as a Front Desk Attendant, where building security was maintained while assisting residents with technical issues, and served as a Computer Science/IT Jumpstart Mentor, guiding incoming minority freshmen. Darrell began as a Computer Science Tutor, helping peers with programming coursework. Darrell earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with a minor in Business Administration & Information Systems from Slippery Rock University from 2011 to 2015.
