David Bubas

David Bubas is currently the Senior Director at the UPMC Center for Engagement and Inclusion and serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in Human Resources at the University of Pittsburgh. David has extensive experience in employee engagement and inclusion, having previously held various roles at UPMC, including Program Director and Program Manager. They began their journey in human resources as a Coordinator for Employee Retention and Development and later served as a Retention Specialist. David is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources at Waynesburg University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Change Management from Duquesne University.
