David McAdams, MD, MMM, MS, SFHM, FACP, has over two decades of experience in healthcare, primarily as a Hospitalist at a large academic medical center. They served as a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine and a Medical Director for Care Management at UPMC, where they focused on patient care, education, and quality management. Currently, McAdams is a Primary Care Physician and Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at UPMC COMMUNITY MEDICINE INC, transitioning into outpatient medicine while leveraging their extensive background in Internal Medicine and leadership. They are passionate about Value Based Care and are eager to engage in leadership roles within this evolving field.
