Greg Mitstifer

Greg Mitstifer serves as the Chief Financial Officer for UPMC Central PA, overseeing a network that includes seven hospitals, over 1,900 providers, and more than 14,000 employees. Prior to this role, Mitstifer was the Senior Director of Accounting and Finance for UPMC Central PA’s physician enterprise, managing financial operations for over 1,300 providers across 200+ outpatient locations. With previous experience as Director of Finance at Select Medical, where financial results were interpreted and annual budgets were built for a portfolio of 20+ hospitals, Mitstifer has also held various accounting roles at TE Connectivity and PwC. Educationally, Mitstifer holds an MBA in Executive Healthcare from the University of Pittsburgh and three Bachelor of Science degrees from Ithaca College in Accounting, Radio and Television - Audio Production, and Business Administration and Management.
