Hannah Hamlin

Hannah Hamlin, MHA, is currently the Director of the Surgical Services Business Office at UPMC. Hannah previously worked as a Project Manager at goShadow, where they coached healthcare teams and developed survey tools to improve patient experience. They also served as a Graduate Administrative Associate at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, focusing on site planning and patient experience initiatives. Hannah holds a Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Centre College.
