Hannah Ross

Hannah Ross, MHA, is the Director of Operations at UPMC Kane, where they advocate for rural health by promoting evidence-based and sustainable changes to improve community health and well-being. Previously, they served as a Research Analyst at the Pennsylvania Office of Rural Health, contributing to the Pennsylvania Rural Health Plan and engaging in advocacy efforts to enhance health services in rural areas. Hannah's earlier experience includes roles as a Project Analyst at UPMC and a Graduate Administrative Intern at Mount Nittany Physician Group, where they focused on healthcare management and service line development. They earned a Master’s Degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Policy & Administration from Penn State University, graduating summa cum laude.
