Heather Sakely is an experienced clinical pharmacy specialist in geriatrics, currently serving as faculty at UPMC St. Margaret since June 2004. In this role, Heather directs the PGY2 Geriatric Pharmacy Residency and oversees clinical pharmacy services within the Department of Medical Education.
