Heather Wampler

Heather Wampler has extensive experience in healthcare operations and revenue cycle management. In a recent role as Senior Team Lead at BNY, Heather oversaw multi-site operations while managing cross-functional teams and developing process improvements. Prior to that, Heather held positions at UPMC and Allegheny Health Network, where responsibilities included supervising patient access teams and serving as a resource for management decisions. At PNC, Heather advanced to Senior Assistant Vice President, leading risk-based internal audits and developing comprehensive audit plans. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Point Park University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
