James Patton has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at UPMC since October 2021. Prior to this role, James held various positions at UPMC from July 2005 to April 2021, including Director of ISD for End-User Devices and Standardization, Senior Manager for Community Hospitals PC Support, and Manager for both ISD and Clinical Desktop/Converged Desktop Support at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. James also served as the Director of I.T. with Phoenix Health Systems at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center from November 2007 to October 2009 and worked as an Information Technology Manager at Crouse Enterprises, Inc. from September 1996 to July 2005. Early experience includes serving as a Specialist in the Army National Guard and a Novice Systems Administrator at Texas Instruments. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2010 and 2014, and a diploma from Potomac Senior High School, earned in 1992.
