James Walnoha, MBA, is a seasoned analytics leader currently serving as a Sr. Analytic Data Integration Developer at UPMC and as a Military Intelligence Officer in the Army National Guard. With over 12 years of military leadership experience and more than 6 years in healthcare analytics, they have a robust background in data-driven decision making. James previously worked as a Data Reporting Analyst at Highmark Health and as an Intelligence Analyst with the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from California University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Ohio University, complemented by sales training from The Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre.
